Using solution X-ray scattering, optical, and electron microscopy, Uri Raviv’s lab investigates the structures and intermolecular forces between supramolecular self-assembled biomolecules
D+ is a suite of tools used to measure and analyze X-ray scattering patterns of supramolecular structures. The Research Software Company contributed to the development of these tools, which are now used by researchers around the world.
D+ is implemented in C++/CLI, C++ with OpenMP and C++ with CUDA. The Python API is implemented in Python. The calculation backend is wrapped with a web service implemented in Python/Django.
